Robb is the author of the Paleo Solution and has great insight into the Paleo lifestyle. His site is a must visit if your thinking about going Paleo.

from Sarah Fragoso’s Everyday Paleo blog is an important read for those of you with a family. It is much more difficult to change the diet of your children than it is to just change your own. Sarah is a mother of three and a trainer at one of the top thirty gyms in the country. She is a leader in the Paleo world and will be a great resource for those of you who want to try out the Paleo diet with your family.
3. Creative Ordering
is for those of you who don’t like to cook and/or love to eat out. Any diet that has any restrictions is nightmarish when it comes to ordering at a restaurant. This post from The Label Says Paleo blog will give you some pointers to make eating out a little more manageable. Make sure you read/scroll to the bottom for seven tips for Paleo eating in a restaurant.
4. The Paleo Diet Infographic
is something I suggest you print out and hang on your refrigerator. At least bookmark it so you will have it nearby for when someone asks you “What’s the Paleo Diet?” It will happen more than you think, especially when everyone starts noticing your body changing. The infographic clearly explains the history and ideas behind the caveman diet with pictures and graphs!
5. How to Keep Feces Out of Your Bloodstream

is the first article I read that had anything to do with the Paleo Diet. The title of course, is what drew me in, but the article itself is a great motivator. If this doesn’t sell you on the Paleo diet, nothing will. The post is an excerpt from Robb Wolf’s the Paleo Solution, re-posted on Tim Ferriss’ 4 hour blog.
